Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

To initiate a return or exchange, please email ed@backroadprovisions.com.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accommodated.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including original packaging where applicable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost paid by us will be deducted from your refund.
Example: If an item costs $100 and the shipping cost paid by us was $10, the refund issued will be $90 after the return is received and approved.

To process your request, please include your order number and reason for return or exchange in your email.


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards


Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Gift bundles are not eligible for refunds, but may be exchanged if they arrive damaged or defective. Any damage or defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and processed within a reasonable timeframe depending on your payment provider.
